The hobbies can include writing,reading books ,walking jogging ,meditation , exercise workout singing dance are some of the hobbies which can able to boost you with positive attitude and energy level instead of wasting time on social media daily routine work stress which always makes feel no light in our life and we may if like its regular kind of thing and just make your weekend scheduling for activities and watching your favourite shows ,movies etc instead make a daily routine in start of the day or end of the day spending some time with your hobbies make you feel comfort and stress relief and boost your energy level towards your day.
